Potatoes 10 pieces

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Greens to taste

Vegetable oil to taste

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks.

2 Place the sliced potatoes in a frying pan heated with oil.

3 Roast without the lid on a high heat until crispy.

4 Reduce the heat to medium, season with salt and pepper.

5 Cover the pan with a lid 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready.

6 Add the finely chopped herbs 3 minutes before they are ready, put the lid on, turn off the heat and leave on the cooker.
