Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Shrimp 750 g
Chilli oil 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 3 cloves
Freshly ground black pepper pinch
Chinese black rice vinegar 2 teaspoons
Green onions 1 stalk
Cooking instructions 15 minutes
1 Peel the shrimp from the shell and innards, leaving the tails behind.
2 In a small bowl, mix the soya sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil and sugar together.
3 In a wok over a medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4 Add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes on each side until pink.
5 Pour in the sauce and mix well.
6 Remove from the heat and serve with cooked rice or vegetables, sprinkled with green onions.
