Onions 1 piece

Shrimp 500 g

Green sweet peppers 1 piece

Rice 1 cup

Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

Parsley 1 bundle

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Peel the prawns and scald them with boiling water. Finely chop the onion and herbs. Slice the peppers into thin slices.

2 Place the onion and prawns in a hot pan with the oil and fry gently. Add the pepper and soy sauce and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.

3 Pre-boil the rice, add to the prawns and fry a little.

4 When serving, sprinkle with grated egg.
