Chicken thighs 6 pieces
Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped rosemary and minced garlic together.
2 Preheat the grill or barbecue. Place the chicken on the wire shelf, skin side down. Brush the chicken with a third of the cooking sauce, salt and pepper. Grill until brown, about 7 minutes.
3 Turn the chicken over, saute again and cook for another 10 minutes until tender.
