Potatoes 1400 g

Butter 50 g

Olive oil 3 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Garlic 3 cloves

Rosemary 1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions 1 hour and 30 minutes

1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a rectangular dish with butter.

2 Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds and place in a bowl. Add the melted butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped garlic. Mix well and place in a mould. Cover the top with aluminium foil.

3 Bake for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes or so until golden brown, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
