Cheese 350g

Wheat flour 200 g

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Breadcrumbs 200 g

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Cut any hard or semi-hard cheese into pieces, at least 1 cm thick.

2 Now make the shell… Roll each piece in flour, egg, breadcrumbs…three times.

3 Fry in the heated cooking oil over a fairly high heat for 1 minute on each side until crispy. Leave to cool slightly and serve.
