Avocado 2 pieces

Lime juice 2.5 tablespoons

Green onions 3 pieces

Fresh coriander 15 g

Red chilli 1 piece

Cooking instructions 15 minutes

1 Purée the avocado and mix with the lime juice, finely chopped green onions, coriander and very finely chopped chilli. Salt to taste.

2 Cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator.

Salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella
