Beetroot 2 pieces

Herring 2 pieces

Potatoes 4 pieces

Onions 1 piece

Carrots 1 piece

Cheese 100g

Chicken egg 3 pieces

Mayonnaise to taste

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 Boil the potatoes, beetroot and carrots and allow to cool.

2 Rinse the onions in boiling water and grate them on a fine grater.

3 Layer the potatoes, crushed, shredded herring, grated cheese and onion. Fill with mayonnaise. Then lay the following layers: egg white, grated egg white, grated carrots and beetroot. Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise and finely grated cheese.
