Pita 1 piece

Sweet pepper 2 pieces

Tomatoes 3 pieces

Cucumbers 2 pieces

Sour cream 200 g

Mayonnaise 300 g

Garlic to taste

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Fillet of chicken breast 2 pieces

Onions 1 head

Greens 1 bundle

Cooking instructions 25 minutes

1 Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces and fry over a medium heat with a little vegetable oil until golden.

2 Chop the vegetables (cucumber, tomato, pepper, onion and herbs) and mix.

3 Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

4 Take a pita and make a slit in it to create a pocket.

5 Lay the roast breast, vegetables and sauce in layers.

6 Place the assembled pita on a griddle and brown.

Recipe tip The breast can be replaced with any meat you like, or you can buy ready-made smoked chicken.
