Butter 200 g
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Condensed milk 1 can
Cooking instructions 1 hour
1 Crumble the biscuits into small pieces and crumbs with your hands.
2 Cut the butter into pieces and melt in a saucepan over a low heat, add the milk and add the cocoa. Heat while stirring (but not boiling!).
3 Remove from the heat and mix with the crumbled biscuits until stiff. Roll up the sausages, wrap in clingfilm and store in the refrigerator.
4 Slice like sausage. You can also add sultanas, nuts or candied fruit along with the biscuits.
