Milk 2 cups
Oatmeal 2 cups
Yoghurt 3 tablespoons
Bananas 1 piece
Apple 1 piece
Dried cranberries 50 g
Blueberry 50 g
Raisins 30g
Raspberry 50 g
Blackberry 50 g
Almonds 50 g
Walnuts 50 g
Mint 5 g
Honey 6 tablespoons
Cooking instructions 1 hour and 10 minutes
1 Pour oatmeal or oatmeal over milk, add a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt, grated fresh banana and apple, sultanas, cranberries and leave in the fridge for an hour.
2 Serve garnished with mint and drizzled with honey.
Recipe tip All the other ingredients can be mixed to your liking, add more raspberries or more nuts as you like.
