Kiwi 5 pieces
Sugar 200 g
Lemon juice 3 teaspoons
Bananas 1 piece
Gelatin 1 teaspoon

1 Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into small pieces.
2 Also wash and peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
3 Put the sliced kiwi and banana into a saucepan, chop a little with a blender.
4 Stir in the sugar, lemon juice and gelatine and put over a low heat.
5 From the moment it comes to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then turn off the heat and repeat the procedure after 1 hour.
6 Put the ready-made jam into sterile jars and into the refrigerator.
