Potatoes 2 pieces

Mushrooms 400 g

Onions 1 head

Cheese 100g

Chicken breast 1 piece

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Mayonnaise 100 g

Cooking instructions 25 minutes

1 Boil the jacket potatoes, allow to cool and peel.

2 Boil the eggs, cool and peel.

3 Boil the chicken breast, cool and finely chop.

4 Fry the mushrooms with the onions and put them in a colander to get rid of any excess oil.

5 Arrange in layers: 1 layer – coarse grated potatoes with mayonnaise; 2 layer – mushrooms fried with onions and mayonnaise; 3 layer – chopped chicken breast with mayonnaise; 4 layer – grated eggs with mayonnaise; 5 layer – shredded cheese.

6 Put the salad into the refrigerator to soak (preferably overnight).
