Drinking alcohol 1 litre
Lemon 9 pieces
Sugar 320 g
Water 6 cups
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Rinse the lemons well. Finely peel off the zest (the yellow part) and put it into a sealable tin.
2 Pour the zest over the alcohol, cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 days. Shake every day.
3 After 5 to 10 days, make a sugar syrup. Leave to cool.
4 Strain the lemon tincture and add to the syrup. Squeeze out the zest.
5 After stirring well, pour the mixture into bottles. Leave to infuse in a dark place for another 10-14 days.
6 Served cold in frozen liquor glasses.
Recipe tip Before serving, it is advisable to make sure that the alcohol flavour is gone. If not, allow to stand for another 2-3 days.
