Fresh mackerel 3 pieces
Onions 1 head
Lemon 2 pieces
Parsley 3 sprigs
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Slice the onion into thin half rings, squeeze the juice from 1 lemon and mix with the onion.
2 Make shallow incisions in the skin of the fish.
3 Salt and pepper the mackerel inside and out.
4 Put onions and lemon juice in the belly.
5 Cut a second lemon into thin half rings.
6 Insert the lemon slices into the cuts in the skin.
7 Line a tray or baking tray with parchment and put the remaining lemon slices on it.
8 Place the fish on top of the lemons and leave in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
9 Sprinkle the chopped parsley leaves over the finished fish and serve immediately.
