Garlic 1 head

Potatoes 1kg

Frozen green peas 400 g

Butter 1 tablespoon

Sour cream 3 tablespoons

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions 55 minutes

1 Place the garlic cloves without peeling on a greased baking tray. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

2 Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Just before finishing boiling, add the frozen peas and turn off.

3 Drain the potatoes, add the oil, sour cream and peeled garlic. Season with pepper (and salt if necessary). Mash the potatoes with a masher.

4 Serve hot as a side dish.
