Ingredients portion 4

Onions 2 pieces

Mixed minced meat 500 g

Milk 100ml

Sliced loaf 100g

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Chicken egg 1 piece

Cooking instructions 50 minutes

1 Knead the stuffing well with your hands.

2 Rip off the crusts of the loaf and soak it in milk.

3 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4 Once the milk has been absorbed, fold the loaf into the mince, season with salt and pepper and add the egg. Knead and, if the consistency allows, add more milk.

5 Chop the onion finely and mix into the minced meat.

6 Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Shape the cutlets and fry on both sides until nicely browned (seal).

7 Line the tray with paper and place the cutlets on it. Bake in the oven until tender, about 20-30 minutes.
