Tomatoes 2 pieces

Onions 1 head

Greens 1 bundle

Salt to taste

Meat broth 1 l

Ground black pepper to taste

Carrots 1 piece

Celery 1 piece

Noodles 200g

Pork 300g

Butter 50 g

Ham 200g

Cooking instructions 50 minutes

1 Peel and dice the tomatoes.

2 Grate the carrots.

3 Cut the celeriac into thin rings.

4 Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil with the chopped onion.

5 Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, celery and carrots. Braise for 10 minutes.

6 Pour the stew over the hot stock and bring to the boil.

7 Put the noodles in the soup and cook until tender. Add the butter.

8 Slice the ham and add to the soup. Sprinkle over the chopped herbs.
