Orange juice 100 ml
Frozen berries 200 g
Orange zest 2 teaspoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Spices to taste
Honey 1 tablespoon
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices and fry in oil on a high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
2 Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and add the berries and orange zest. Cook the sauce over a low heat until it has reduced by about half (this should take about 20 minutes). Then cool it down and add the honey.
3 Pour the sauce over the meat and serve
