Avocado 2 pieces
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Red onion ½ piece
Fresh red pepper 2 pieces
Lime juice 2 pieces
TABASCO to taste
Ground coriander 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Divide the avocado fruit into 2 pieces, remove the pit and cut again.
2 Separate the flesh from the skin and put it into the blender (use a spoon to scrape off the rest of the skin and add to the main mixture for colour).
3 Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut the flesh in half and add to the avocado along with the garlic, onion and chilli.
4 Stir in the lime juice and a few drops of Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper.
5 Grind into a smooth purée, put it on the dish in which you are going to serve it and cover with clingfilm.
6 Cool down.
7 Serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
