Plombière 60 g

Milk 150ml

Mascarpone cheese 50 g

Cognac 10ml

Ground cinnamon on the tip of a knife

Cocoa powder ½ teaspoon

Espresso 30 ml

Cooking instructions 15 minutes

1 Mix all the ingredients except for the cocoa in the blender.

2 Pour into a glass.

3 Sprinkle a generous amount of cocoa (or grated chocolate) on top.

Duck with rhubarb, baked beetroot and mashed potatoes
