Pears 3 pieces

Almonds 100 g

Butter 150g

Sugar 130 g

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Milk 70ml

Flour with baking powder 160 g

Cinnamon to taste

Ground nutmeg to taste

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the nuts, cut the pears into small cubes (add the cinnamon if you like).

2 Cream the softened butter (or beat with a mixer) together with the sugar.

3 Now pour in the milk and add the eggs. Stir well.

4 Stir in the flour and baking powder and add the nuts and pears.

5 Let the dough rest for a while. Indulge in coffee and then divide the dough into the moulds. (Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg over the dough).

6 Put the mould(s) into the oven already preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

7 After the cupcakes have cooled, serve.
