Fresh mushrooms 500 g
Sour cream 5 tablespoons
Cheese 25g
Wheat flour 1 teaspoon
Greens to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

1 Peel the mushrooms, rinse and scald with hot water. Rinse them in a sieve, drain the water, slice, salt and fry in oil. Before frying, add a teaspoon of flour and stir in the mushrooms, then add the sour cream, simmer, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
2 When serving, sprinkle the mushrooms with parsley or dill.
Recipe tip You can also bake tinned mushrooms in sour cream. Drain the brine and rinse, shred and fry the mushrooms. Otherwise, proceed in the same way as with fresh mushrooms.
