Chicken egg 2 pieces

Oatmeal 3 cups

Sugar ⅓ cup

Ground cinnamon to taste

Milk ½ cup

Butter 50 g

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Grind one cup of oats into flour, using a blender.

2 Mix the oatmeal with the warm milk.

3 Beat the eggs with the sugar.

4 Mix all the ingredients and add the ground cinnamon.

5 Spoon the dough into round biscuits on the parchment paper.

6 Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
