Young potatoes 500 g

Boiled sausage 250g

Chicken egg 3 pieces

Sour cream to taste

Cucumbers 3 pieces

Salt to taste

Bread kvass 2 litres

Dill 50 g

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Leave to cool.

2 Boil the eggs, cool and peel them.

3 Dice the cucumbers, eggs, potatoes and sausage. Finely chop the dill. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.

4 Season with salt and pepper. Place on the plates.

5 Pour over cold kvass, sprinkle with herbs. Serve chilled with sour cream.
