Ingredients portion 1

Bourbon 60ml

Angostura 2ml

Orange bitter 1ml

Brown sugar 1.5 teaspoons

Lemon zest to taste

Cooking instructions 3 minutes

1 Make a ball of ice about 8 cm in diameter from a block of ice. Place the ball in a serving glass.

2 In a mixing glass, dissolve the sugar with both beaters. Add the bourbon and stir in. Pour into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Recipe tip If you like, you can make bourbon syrup: take equal parts bourbon and sugar and bring them to a boil over a low heat.
