Wheat flour 300 g

Cottage cheese 250 g

Sugar 100 g

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Vegetable oil 6 tablespoons

Soda 1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Prepare the dough: mix the eggs and sugar, add 100 grams of cottage cheese, vegetable oil, gradually add the flour and baking soda.

2 Grease the bottom of the spring form tin with vegetable oil (baking paper is an alternative).

3 In the mould, line the bottom with part of the pastry, lay the remaining curd on top and then cover with the pastry lattice.

4 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 40 minutes.

Recipe tip The filling can be any thick fruit and berry jelly or fresh fruit.
