Potatoes 4 pieces

Tomatoes 2 pieces

Sausage 150g

Cheese 80g

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Greens to taste

Chicken egg 1 piece

Mayonnaise to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions 35 minutes

1 Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add the egg, a pinch of salt, pepper and flour and mix well.

2 Place the mixture in the form of a large pancake on a pan with vegetable oil and fry on one side for 10 minutes.

3 Flip the pancake to the other side, smear the mayonnaise over the tomato, sausage, herbs, sprinkle the cheese on top, cover and fry for another 10 minutes.

Recipe tip Instead of sausage, you can have 100-150 g sausages or chicken meat.
