Cucumbers 1 piece

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Vinegar to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Paprika to taste

Cooking instructions 10 minutes

1 Peel and grate one large cucumber.

2 Salt, squeeze in your hands, squeeze off the juice and place in a bowl.

3 Grate the garlic and add to the cucumber without squeezing.

4 Add the yoghurt, a spoonful of oil, a little vinegar, pepper and salt.

5 Add the paprika.
