Ingredients portion 2

Pasta 250 g

Cream 150ml

Ham 30g

Champignons 100 g

Spices 2 g

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Boil the pasta.

2 Pan-fry the finely chopped ham and mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated (10 minutes).

3 Add the cream, bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes until the cream has thickened slightly.

4 Add spices to taste (I usually add a mix of spices from Sochi).

5 Mix the pasta with the prepared sauce.
