Seafood cocktail 400 g
Cream of 30% 250 ml
Onions 1 head
Garlic 3 cloves
Pasta 250 g
Leeks 1 bundle
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Cooking instructions 25 minutes
1 Boil the pasta until al dente.
2 While the pasta is boiling, fry the onion and garlic in the vegetable oil until golden.
3 Add the sea cocktail (I buy it boiled and frozen).
4 Braise on a high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
5 Add the cream (you can use non-fat 10%, but 100 ml).
6 Braise for 5 minutes, add the cheese and finely chopped leeks.
7 Spread the sauce on the boiled pasta, sprinkle the cheese on top if desired.
