Thin pita 1 piece
Lightly salted red fish 200g
Cucumbers 400 g
Cottage cheese 150g
Sour cream 60 g
Dill 15 g
Cooking instructions 15 minutes
1 Prepare the ingredients.
2 Finely chop the dill.
3 Slice the cucumbers into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler. Preferably do not cut the part with the seeds: there is too much water, this could spoil the final dish.
4 Cut the fish into thin slices. To save time, you can buy fish already sliced.
5 Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and dill.
6 Spread the pita with the cottage cheese mixture.
7 Lay out the fish.
8 Place the cucumber next.
9 Roll the pita into a sausage and cut into rolls.
10 You can prepare the rolled pita a few hours before the celebration and cut it up just before serving.
