Pizza with sweet peppers and ham

Pizza with sweet peppers and ham, Prescriptions, Any category, Any kitchen, Italian cuisine, Pasta and pizza, Ham pizza

Ingredients portion 2

Wheat flour 250 g

Water 125 ml

Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Salt 1 teaspoon

Dry yeast 6 g

Green sweet peppers 1 piece

Mozzarella cheese 150 g

Ham 200 g

Salami 100 g

Tomato sauce 50 g

Cooking instructions 1 hour and 40 minutes

1 Pour the flour onto a chopping board, make a depression into which you pour the warm water, then add the olive oil, yeast and salt, and start mixing the flour into the liquid a little at a time.

2 Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky, put it in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and place in a warm place for one hour.

3 Meanwhile, slice the peppers lengthways into small strips, the ham into small slices, the salami into a half-circle and grate the cheese (you can cut it into thin slices).

4 The tomato sauce can either be cooked or made by yourself. Braise the tomatoes in their own juice for 15 minutes together with the roasted garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

5 Place the dough on a chopping board, knead, roll out thinly (about 1 cm) to make one large or two medium pizzas with this amount of dough.

6 Spread the pastry with the tomato sauce, arrange the ham, salami, peppers in a circle and sprinkle with cheese.

7 Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or up to 250 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Recipe tip You can use different coloured peppers for beauty. I used soft wheat flour 00, ordinary flour does not make this kind of dough.
