Puff pastry 1 piece

Plums 900 g

Sugar 4 tablespoons

Butter 70 g

Cooking instructions 1 hour and 25 minutes

1 Defrost the puff pastry.

2 Wash the plums, cut into two halves, remove the pips.

3 In a pan make caramel: cut the butter into cubes, melt it, add 4 spoonfuls of sugar and stir until it forms caramel (leave 3-4 cubes to put on the plums, under the batter).

4 Pour the caramel into the silicone dish and place the plums on top, butt-side up. Spread 3 to 4 cubes of butter on top of the plums.

5 Cover with the dough and press it under the fruit.

6 Prick the dough with a fork wherever possible and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.

7 After the dough has baked, take the cake out and turn it over onto a dish larger in diameter than the baking tin.
