Pork ribs 1kg
Lime 1 piece
Oranges 1 piece
Garlic 6 cloves
Chilli pepper 2 pieces
Mustard to taste
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Honey 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Cooking instructions 2 hours
1 Prepare the marinade: grate the lime and orange, mince the garlic, mince the dried chilli and seeds, add the mustard, paprika (ground), ground black pepper, olive oil and salt.
2 Wash the fresh pork ribs with a thick layer of meat (10-15 cm) and slit the top.
3 Marinate the ribs, wrap in 2 layers of foil and leave for 15-20 minutes.
4 Put in the oven on a low heat for 1.5 hours.
5 Brush the cooked ribs with honey and then put them in the oven until tender.
