Pork loin 1 piece

Sour cream 35% 150 g

Dried oregano ½ teaspoon

Ground black pepper pinch

Salt pinch

Spices to taste

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Cut the meat into thin slices and baste.

2 Place the meat in a hot pan and fry in its own juices until soft.

3 Add the soured cream, salt, pepper and oregano to the pan and stew over a low heat until fully cooked.
