Fresh coriander 1 bundle

Unleavened puff pastry 250 g

Soft cottage cheese 400g

Young dill 3 sprigs

Green onions 1 bundle

Garlic 1 clove

Gouda cheese 100 g

Cooking instructions 25 minutes

1 Defrost the puff pastry.

2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

3 Separate ¼ of the dough and roll both parts out into a round shape.

4 Wash the cilantro, dill, onion and garlic and chop finely.

5 Grate the cheese.

6 Mash the cottage cheese, add the cheese, herbs and garlic.

7 Place evenly on the rolled-out circle of dough (¾) so that the edges can be turned up to 2 cm towards the centre of the cake.

8 Cover with a rolled-out circle of dough (¼) and gently pinch it up.

9 Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.

10 Cool it down a bit and eat it with gusto!
