Quinoa ¾ cup

Apple 1 piece

Chopped pecans 1 tablespoon

Brown sugar 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon pinch

Vegetable oil ¼ cup

Almond milk ¼ ml

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Prepare the quinoa.

2 Mix the quinoa, milk and apples together in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and cook for another minute.

3 Add the butter, sugar, cinnamon and nuts, stir and serve.
