Potatoes 400 g
Champignons 150 g
Oppyat 150g
Onions 1 head
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Parsley 10 g
Dill 10 g
Garlic 1 clove
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cooking instructions 50 minutes
1 Slice the onion into thin slices and the mushrooms into slices. Slice the potatoes into strips, then rinse under running water and dry well with paper towels.
2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion until golden. Add the mushrooms to the onions and sauté until golden, then season with salt and pepper. Put the cooked mushrooms and onions into a clean dish.
3 In the same frying pan, add oil and place the potatoes in one or two layers at the most. Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring as little as possible.
4 Add the sauteed mushrooms and onions, press in the garlic, add the herbs, stir gently to avoid damaging the potato strips, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
