Sweet pepper 1 piece

Chicken fillet 300 g

Tomatoes 2 pieces

Salt to taste

Sour cream to taste

Peking cabbage 300 g

Lemon juice to taste

Apple 1 piece

Squid 3 pieces

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Dice the boiled chicken fillets and cut the boiled calamari fillets into strips or sticks.

2 Wash and dry the tomatoes and apple, cut in half, cut out the centre with the seeds and dice (splash the apple cubes with lemon juice).

3 Wash and dry the Chinese cabbage and slice thinly.

4 Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, rinse and dry them again and dice them.

5 In a salad bowl, mix the chicken fillets, calamari fillets, tomatoes, pepper, apple cubes and Peking cabbage together, season with salt, add the sour cream and mix well.
