Butter 125 g

Cane sugar 55 g

Wheat flour 180 g

Sugar powder to taste

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2 In a mixer bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy.

3 Add the flour and mix well.

4 Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out to 1 cm.

5 Cut out circles or sticks with moulds, transfer to a baking tray and sprinkle with icing sugar. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

6 Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked and golden.

Recipe tip You can add chocolate chips, nuts, candied fruit, sultanas etc. to the biscuits.
