Spaghetti 200g

King prawns 300g

Cream 20% 250 g

Garlic 2 cloves

Grated hard cheese 100 g

Ginger root to taste

Lemon to taste

Cooking instructions 15 minutes

1 Add the garlic and pieces of ginger root to the hot oil. Fry until golden and remove from the pan.

2 Put the spaghetti water in parallel.

3 Next, add the prawns and fry over a medium heat for a few minutes. Then reduce the heat, add the cream and grated cheese.

4 Add the vegetable oil and spaghetti to the boiling salted water. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

5 Simmer the sauce under a lid for a few minutes until thickened, then salt and season. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir well, then leave to simmer under a lid for a further 1-2 minutes.

6 Serve with fresh herbs and a slice of lemon.
