Simple pancakes with milk

Simple pancakes with milk, Prescriptions, Any category, Any kitchen, Pastries and desserts, Russian cuisine, Pancakes

Ingredients portion 12

Wheat flour 2 cups

Milk 2 cups

Salt pinch

Sugar 2 tablespoons

Soda ash 1 tablespoon

Chicken egg 1 piece

Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Beat the egg and sugar well with a whisk (don’t use too much sugar, because you will probably eat them with something sweet: jam, honey, condensed milk; if you want sweet pancakes, add half a cup of sugar).

2 Put 2 spoonfuls of flour in the egg and sugar and pour in some milk, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps; and so on – 2 spoonfuls of flour and milk, stirring to prevent lumps.

3 Then add ¼ tablespoon of baking soda, carbonated with vinegar, and mix everything well.

4 Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking.

5 Beat everything again with the wire whisk until the dough is fluffy.

6 Heat a frying pan well with a little vegetable oil.

7 Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle, as you like – you can pour a lot so that the pancakes are big, I like to pour a little at a time so that they are small and neat.

8 Fry on a low heat. Watch your pancake carefully, as soon as you see that it is all covered with holes, you can turn it over and wait a little longer for it to brown on the other side.
