Raspberry 90 g

Blueberry 50 g

Honey 1.5 teaspoons

Ground cinnamon 0.1 teaspoon

Apple juice ½ cup

Crushed ice ½ cup

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Prepare all the ingredients.

2 In a blender, mix the peeled and chopped banana, raspberries, blueberries, honey, cinnamon, apple juice and ice.

3 Beat until smooth and serve at once.
