Ingredients portion 4

Onions 2 heads

Mushrooms 400 g

Salt 1 teaspoon

Basil 2 teaspoons

Cream 20% 5 teaspoons

Fresh pepper to taste

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry them in a pan.

2 Slice the mushrooms and fry them in a pan until all the water has evaporated.

3 Add the seasoning and cream and cook until the sauce is thick.

4 Serve with spaghetti.
