Chicken 400 g

Broccoli cabbage 200 g

Sweet pepper 1 piece

Cucumbers 1 piece

Soy sauce 50ml

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Rice 150g

Sesame 1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions 45 minutes

1 Wash the chicken breast fillets, blot with paper towel and cut into sticks.

2 Divide the broccoli into florets.

3 Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice.

4 Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut into sticks.

5 Heat the oil and add the chicken, broccoli and cucumbers, stir-fry. Pour in the soya sauce and simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat.

6 Boil the rice.

7 Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

8 Place the rice, meat and vegetables on the plates. Pour over the sauce left over from the roasting. Garnish with the spicy herbs.
