Sausages 4 pieces

Cheese 8 pieces

Puff pastry 350 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pieces

Mustard 1 teaspoon

Chicken egg 1 piece

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Peel the sausages and cut in half lengthwise. Cut the cheese and cucumber into 8 slices.

2 Roll out the dough 5mm thick and then cut into strips. Brush each strip with mustard, put half a sausage, a slice of cheese and a cucumber. Roll up and brush with beaten egg.

3 Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
