Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon

Squid 2 pieces

Mustard 1 tablespoon

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Put the frozen squid in a bowl, rinse with boiling water and remove the membrane and guts. Slice into rings.

2 Mix the squid with the mustard and leave for 2 hours.

3 Beat two eggs and add the chopped mustard seeds.

4 Roll the squid rings in flour first, then dip them in the eggs.

5 Roast until brown.
