Brussels sprouts 300 g

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Cream 20% 150ml

Hard cheese 150g

Wheat flour 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Nutmeg on the tip of a knife

Lemon 1 piece

Dried basil to taste

Cooking instructions 25 minutes

1 Put the cabbage into the steamer and cook for 10 minutes.

2 Make the sauce. Heat a frying pan, add a little olive oil, stir in the flour, fry a little and add the cream, thinning it slightly with cold water. Stir until smooth, then add the grated cheese in small batches to the pan, stirring all the time. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and basil. Leave under a lid over a low heat for 5 minutes.

3 Before serving, place the cabbage on a serving plate and pour the sauce over it.
