Ingredients portion 7

Sugar 2 cups

Butter 150 g

Vanilla sugar 1.5 tablespoons

Cocoa powder 4.5 tablespoons

Coconut 1 cup

Instant oat flakes 3.5 cups

Strong coffee 3 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Wait until the oil has come to room temperature.

2 Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer (or stir well by hand).

3 Add the vanilla sugar and cocoa, mix together.

4 Add the oat flakes, pre-ground in a blender, to the mixture. Add the coffee (if using instant coffee, dissolve 2-3 teaspoons of coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water). Blend in.

5 Roll the mixture into balls (one tablespoon heaped up per ball) and roll in the coconut flakes. Chill before serving.

Recipe tip Make 14 balls from the above amount of ingredients. Store in the refrigerator. Chokladbollars keep well in the freezer. Orange juice or water can be used instead of coffee.
